| Work | I audited the existing product to find the best entry points for sending reminder links, then re-designed the information architecture of the "Payment methods" tab to fit the new feature. I wrote the content for tooltips, reminder setup, and comms (Email & SMS), then suggested an optional entry point in the "Edit appointment" modal, inside the user's calendar. |
